About to go purchase this headlight but it appears to me that something has been removed due to the 2 white connectors hanging down like this. Could somebody please explain to me what is supposed to be connected there and if something would be missing from this being plug and play (I already have RR harnesses). Thanks

 

 

 

That's where the ballasts plug in.

Is this something I should be concerned about when purchasing this headlight? It appears to be coming from a salvage yard and claims nothing wrong with it (although he didn't know it was missing anything). I honestly don't know anything about ballasts.

I thought it might be missing the turn signals, not sure though.

 

If you find your missing anything check out the Raptor Retrofit website. They market LED conversions for halogen F150s and are pretty eager to help with various parts.

 

The ballast and bracket are missing. The bracket is the same as your halogens. The ballast is around $140ish at Tasca.

FWIW, new headlights don't even come with the ballasts.
