FWIW, new headlights don't even come with the ballasts.
Do you know if that part I mentioned is the correct ballast for the LED headlight? I don't know if halogens require a ballast or not. I have recently installed the LEDs in my F150 and am having an issue with one harness and will have to remove the headlight again in about a week, but would REALLY prefer to not have to do this tonight (or until I get a new harness next week), but the opportunity to purchase this light may be gone really soon. Thanks again everyone for your help. And just so I understand completely, the bracket and the ballast are the only things that appear to be missing here?

Yes, that's all that's missing.

If you already have leds (?????) you can just use your ballast.

Yes, that's all that's missing for sure. The only other removable components are the led modules themselves and they are both in it. Appears that may be a headlight without the removable doors so that means the modules won't even come out anyway.

Thanks. I am looking at keeping everything whole and not pulling parts off my current lights. I'm hoping that bracket is an easy find as well.

The bracket is reasonably priced from Tasca if you don't find it used... $6.22

Ballast is another story... $103.78

Good luck

Thanks for all the info. I believe this is my last question, is the ballast a simple plug and play with those white connectors in the picture?
