At 92,000 miles, I still have the OEM shocks on my 2016. I also continue to ride on the OEM Michelins that still have 2+mm to the tread wear indicators. My shocks are dry and I notice no issues with the ride, so I'll carry on.

Seriously? 92000 miles on one set of tires?

Fact that he's still on the oem shocks and they are not leaking is a sign the truck has lived a very gentle life. My dad drove gently, 15 miles of 2-way rural 45mph highway to get to work. Never felt a need to use much of the accelerator. Never felt a need to keep a foot on the accelerator until time to hit the brake. He'd keep every vehicle until it died, and never had to replace tires on any of them more than once.

I'm at 95K miles on my 2015 Screw and finally ordered a new pair of rear shocks - Bilstein 5100 . Unfortunally the place I ordered them from sent me 4 Bilstein 4600. I had thoughts of keeping all of them and selling them on Craiglist and pocket the difference.

But I'm just too honest of a person.

275/55/20 Michelin. They've been great tires. They'll be 7 years old the 1st part of next year and I'll replace them, no matter what.

Thanks. I had some of those back around 16. And they were excellent tires. I may have to pay the extra coin to buy Michelin again to replace these Hancooks

Well, actually no.
I bought a set of Continental Terrain Contact H/T's back a few months ago. They're sitting in the basement taking up space. I found them at $189 each, now @ $215. Replacement Michelin's were around $235 at the time. I figured fuel was headed up, tires were soon to follow.

Finally replaced my original stock shocks at 96K miles. Boy. Night and day. I don't know how I lasted so long on original shocks. Since they go gradually you get used to it. Replaced with Fox 2.0 shocks. I love them so far. Cornering, bumps, and just general ride feels so much better.

Missed the running board a couple of times getting in. Amazing how the mind gets used to certain things and an extra 2 inches takes time for the mind to process.
