Does anyone have the Ford Service Manual instructions for replacement of the ring and pinon along with the specs for backlash, pre load etc for the 9.75" rear and 8.8" front axle? My truck is a 2017, 3.5, 4x4.

So it has taken me forever to actually get around to gears. At this point I am waiting on just the from ring and pinon and I am ready to install. After going through all of the instructions I found one more instruction that I think would be helpful and is referenced in some of the above pdfs. Ring Gear Backlash Adjustment (205-02B Rear Drive Axle/Differential - Vehicles With: Ford 9.75. Does anyone have access to these instructions so I have all of the specs? Thanks.

Thank you! So apparently that file has the procedure but not the specification for backlash, according to that file Specifications (205-02B Rear Drive Axle/Differential - Vehicles With: Ford 9.75 Inch Ring Gear, Specifications) is the file that contains the actual back lash spec.

FYI you can generally find service manual PDFs on eBay for about $6, I imagine that should have everything you're looking for and more.
