Default Reporting Sync Update gives error

Hi Everyone.

I have had this problem when sending the Sync Update report back to owner.ford.com. I have tried multiple different browsers on different computers, and I always get the same error. Has anyone seen this, and what to do about it?

First, I select the file, see the strange file path, it is always the same.



Then, when I upload the log, I am always getting this error:



I have had this work successfully on a previous vehicle, so I am at a loss of what to do. Thanks for any help that could be provided.

The site has given me the same error every time I've tried to report the update on my wifes Escape. I've tried once or twice a week for the past month and always the same error. Screw it I gave up.

I got the errors too, I finally just gave up and said screw it. The update is in the truck, that's all I really care about.

same here...I actually was on with ford chat. they said they had a issue with the website. After about 3 weeks trying everyday. I gave up.

That's what they told me the first time I had the error. No one is fixing it for this version of Sync....

I had the same issue with my first USB update last year. Then a few months ago it did an automatic over the air update, all on its own.

I don't think mine has the OTA updates. Just the manual method.

Well at least yours creates that file, mine never has. Its never there so when I try to upload it, there is nothing to select. Since the first one failed creating the file, I even called ford to tell them about it. They couldn't figure it out either.
