not sure, how can I tell? I just bought the truck off my father in law. It was a company vehicle and they don’t mess with anything.

 

I reset dtc’s and the IPMA and other damper one is gone.

IPMB is back with B115E- camera module.

I am out of ideas but starting to regret this purchase

 

look in the settings menu on the ribbon and it will tell you what version you have

 

Are you talking about settings in sync?

it says sync 3, software version 3.3

 

That is very old software.

This may/may not be your issue but before you spend any more time & money read this TSB

 

How do I update the software? Also, it is a blue screen when stationary, not while moving?

I don’t know how to rule out the camera or if I got a bad module off ebay. I have an IPMB dtc again and don’t know what to make of it at this point

 

Im getting a black screen now with green lines so maybe something changed, but still no luck

 

Anyone have a part # for the tailgate harness? Thinking I will replace that next. Unless there is an easy way to test the harness? I checked connections were clean and snug

I always have a bad experience with dealers. I pretty much refuse to take it to them for service. It would be cheaper for me to replace everything than let them touch it once.
