Can I replace the manual folding mirrors on my 2017 f 150 with extending mirrors? I would like them for towing

I've looked at adding tow mirrors to mine also. It looks like the cheapest is around 300 dollars that are not Ford mirrors. Make sure you get the right ones, there is something like a 8 pin or a 28 pin plug in for the mirror. Looks like an easy swap. If you do a search there is several posts about doing this.

 

The non-ford mirrors are going to shake like crazy. They are very cheap aftermarket mirrors. Your much better off with the stock mirrors. If you want tow mirrors do yourself a favor and get OEM tow mirrors,
