Default New build rookie

Hey so I just got my hands on a set of 20 x 9 Fuel maverick rims that are completely blacked out. Dealer said that they are a limited run. I ordered them with a +1 offset. I am looking to pair these up with either BFGs or Nittos and
don't know much about backspace or how this offset will change clearance.

I have a 2016 F-150 XLT sport completely stock (screw / 4x4). I am running +44 offset hankook dynapros (275-55R20) that came with the truck.

Is there a way to tell what I can fit in the truck with the New fuel wheels at stock height vs Bilstein 5100 1.75" lift? I am trying to plan my build and got stuck. Any help is much appreciated

The comparing tool on this site is helpful. I used it when buying an aftermarket set of rims, but I had stock suspension before and after.
