I used these from Amazon for the back up lights
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

And these are for the brake lights, I needed 4, and the resistors too

I used the sylvania ones from local auto parts stores. Absolutely love them, I am sure they will last longer than the amazon bulbs and same brightness as OEM, so they dont blind your back up camera and light up the whole tailgate at night.

What bulb # did you guys use? My 2018 F-150 owner's manual spec's a 3156K bulb, but my truck is using a W21W bulb for back-ups. I think a few other owners have found the same thing. (Not originally LED bulbs)

If they are LED from the factory, why would the back up light be a bulb? I believe but could be wrong, but the LED's are part of the tail light assembly and can't be replaced.

If you have a Limited, you're tail lights are full LED and I don't believe the bulbs are replaceable

You used white leds behind a red brake lens? Your tail lights must be pink. You should always color match leds to the lens color.
