Default Removing dash?

Installing the added on Sirius radio later today. How do I remove the stereo and dash trim easily?

After he pulls the front face plate off he mentions the two wires connected at the bottom of the face plate. Does anyone know how to remove the two wires. Feels like I might strip the wires from the plugs if I just pull on it. Not sure if there is any trick to pulling them out without causing any damage.

I didn't try to remove them I see what you mean lol. I flipped it around like they did in the video. I did run into a problem. I guess I broke this piece? I thought it would pop out but I guess not. I'll have to get some jb weld and glue it back shut. To bad it's not functional it seeks like an ash tray I could put my usb thumb drive and stuff in...

1990tsi - looks like you know how to pull the dash apart pretty good. Any chance you can look at removing the face plate where the radio display is located. I want to know what would be the right way to remove the two harness wires attached to the face plate without causing any damage.
