So I recently installed some 1.25" wheel spacers on my '15 F150 and now I'm getting some tire rub on these "crash bars" at least that is what I think these are. Was hoping to just remove these suckers but the bolts holding them in place can't be removed as there is other crap in the way preventing me. Was wondering if there is some trick to get those 2 bolts out without tearing the whole front end of the truck apart or cutting stuff? Also, was hoping these could be removed without pulling front bumper off but if I have to do that that is fine so long as that's all..
You might want to leave them there, they call them crash bars for a reason. Look what happens if they arent there. Ford did not put them on the 2015 Extended cab, but the crews had them
