I knocked one of mine off with a honda bumper. They replaced it but it looked like it was held in place with the standard ford white clips/ I had posted a link to the video of it in a previoous thread
Here is the back of my cab corner from a 2022 F150 XLT crew cab. Please note the additional clip at the very bottom. It’s in addition to the four white clips. Once you release the very bottom clip, you need to lightly pry the whole piece of trim off. If you do break it I found online the OEM piece is roughly 70 bucks at the time of this posting.
Looks like the clips slide out the top. Is it better to pull them out away from the truck, or pull the cab corner down so that the clips slip out of position and remain connected to the truck?

have to pull out...note there are black "dowels" that wouldn't allow you to pull it down. I used a plastic ply bar, something like these (
) to gently work them out. If all goes to hell here is the site to buy both the panel and clips if either break on you https://www.fordoempartsdirect.com/v-2022-ford-f-150--xlt--2-7l-v6-gas/body--exterior-trim-cab
