Default Raptor suspension conversion.

I've been looking into lifts, wheels, tires to really make my f150 mine but nothing I've seen really makes me happy. That being said, I love the wide look of the raptor which is generally what I'm trying to do. Is it possible to swap the suspension components from a 2nd gen raptor to a 15 f150? Has anyone tried it before successfully? Any solid sources to get parts?

Just buy a raptor. The whole truck is what, 6" wider with different sheet metal, axle, etc.

Or search for long-travel suspension kits to get even more than a raptor has.

Gen 2 upper and lower control arms
Gen 2 tie rods
Gen 1 Raptor Coilovers
Gen 1 Raptor axles

You will need longer brake lines and also a way to extend the vacuum lines. Other than that its all bolt on.

Meh, I like my V8. Long travel, at least in my research, is a step too far.

There's a page on FB called raptor swapped F150's I highly recommend. Tons of info on there and parts come up for sale all the time. To my understanding, you can use some of the gen 2 stuff but it may require some modification but gen 1 stuff will bolt on.

Lots of good info in this thread. Updated parts list is about half way through the thread I think.
