Default Radio bezel issue - Cannot eject CD

Hey all, so I have a 2016 F150 with sync 3 and the larger screen. I popped a CD in and now it won't come out. The eject button appears to be not there.
Now this is not the original bezel, as I started with a 4.2 inch system, upgraded to aftermarket, and finally got the sync 3. When I took this bezel apart, I didn't see any sort of trigger under the eject button.
Any ideas?

I have not tried voice command. I will do that. And I'll have to take the bezel off again to show it. Problem is, I have no idea if it just doesn't work or if there is actually something missing.

Don't worry, Ford has fixed it. They no longer offer a CD.

Basically yes. There is no mechanism to even push back on the button. So you push it in and it's stuck.

sounds like the bezel itself is missing a spring or something to make the switch functional

Pretty much. My rectangular eject button is in line to the left of the CD slot. Pushing the button feels very much as if it is spring loaded.

Definitely the spring is missing. Although, that might be the least of my problems as the CD is still stuck in there, so even when I manually pull the button back and try to press, there is nothing for it to press on. I think my whole "switch" is missing, if there is one. The voice command did not work as eject CD is not recognized as a command.
