Can you take it off the original bezel and put it on the one that is missing it, trying to remember what I did, I had the same issue. Maybe I swapped the whole switch section from my original bezel to the new one.
EDIT: I went and looked at my original bezel, I swapped the switch section of the bezel to get the cd button to work.
