Default Quickest pickup trucks

This is a list of the quickest trucks that Motor Trend has tested.

Note, it isn't an apples-to-apples comparison, as some are single cabs and some are 4-door. A few are even 2wd!
The biggest surprise to me was at the end of the list, the quickest one, which wasn't what I expected (I guessed a GMC Syclone, which is around 4.3 sec 0-60mph).
Again, it only includes trucks they have tested....
Ford makes a few showings on it.....SVT lightning, Raptor, limited, Tremor, Harley Davidson

Don't be offended if you don't see your truck on there, it's just an article.

obviously they have not tested many trucks , or very recently , and when they test it should be only (2) wheel drive ! Who buys a 4 wheel drive for 0 to 60 times.

Not factory parts, dealer installed just like Mopar Performance or Ford Racing parts that also carry or don't void the factory warranty.

I know and understand that...I was surprised the Dodge with a V-10 Viper Engine & Tranny finished 2nd!

The Toyota has tons of power, I initially thought it came in first by having 4wd....but it appears to be a 2wd.
I bet the top 2 would have been a lot quicker if they had 4wd....the holeshot surely would have been much better.

in many situations the quad cab with the auto was a smidge quicker. Maybe not in the trap speed compared to a manual with a good driver, but more consistent launches certainly were nice. The ram was so traction limited in stock form it wasn't even funny.

Pretty good considering it was designed for off road and was barely beat out by the trucks that were slammed with big wheels and fat tires.
