I bought my 2015 in October of 2015 for $43700. 501a, screw, fx4, 3.5.
Im not seriously going to start looking until probably the July time frame. I'm hoping by then prices will have come down a bit.

And yes I was looking for intelligent access.

OP, you're looking to buy a truck in 7 or 8 months. Pricing, i.e. discounts, offered now are irrelevant in that case. You can price the truck on the Ford site and configure it any way you want, it will show sticker. Again, wasting time on a discount site today vs. 7 months from now is just that, wasting time.

What you want to do is pay invoice, less part/all of dealer holdback, less rebates.

Many posts about how to get good discounts - several are mentioned here. Also X-Plan, which you can get by joining some Associations. No games playing, $100 max paperwork fee. Very nice.
Appreciate the info. What exactly is X-Plan? What type of association, you mean something like AAA?

No, not AAA. An example would be the Experimental Aircraft Association. https://www.eaa.org/en/eaa/eaa-membe...nition-program

Given that you have plenty of time, I suggest you sit and read this thread: https://www.f150forum.com/f118/just-...e-paid-295614/

It goes into agonizing detail (and I do mean agonizing) of everything you could possible want to know about buying a new F-150.

One major thing to consider is what market you are in. Just becuase some one got 18% percent off msrp doesnt mean thats what you will get off, depends on the market you are in. There is a thread on here that u can see what x, y and z and invoice what every truck instock. Cant locate the thread but there is one.

Pick up trucks are very popular where I live.

I got a new 2016 4x4 Screw XLT 2.7 301A for 41k (this includes extended warranty and GAP) before any sort of trade-in downpayment was applied
