Default Quality issues (poll)

Has your 2015 F150 been impacted by the quality issues frequently mentioned on this board (e.g., misaligned doors, leaky moonroof, rear armrest, undercarriage rust, air leak/whistling) or any other issue that has required dealer service?

Default Chip in paint

I had a chip in the paint on the drivers side door gap. Most likely a transport issue. Dealer is taking care of it Monday.

My 2015 randomly thinks a trailer is connected.... 700 miles on it and never had a trailer on it... Instrument cluster dings and repeatedly says trailer connected then disconnected...

My rear differential/axle is showing signs of surface corrosion.

My only other "issue" is that one of the four screws that goes through the inside of the tailgate, holding in the backup camera sub-assembly, snapped. Over-torqued at the factory, or just a defective screw. Dealer is going to fix it Tuesday.

No other issues. One month. 1600+ miles.

I have a problem with my rear door panel on my lariat Scab... It appears that some sort of hook or clip on the panel missed its hole but was forced on anyway. The plastic in the pocket is all distressed and bulging out. I'd assume the installer saw it but I can't say it was an easy catch for QC as I didn't find it till I gave it a first good detail.

That's a weird one.

Front driver door has something rattling around, sounds like it's coming from the interior door panel. Taking it into dealer on Monday. Truck is great otherwise.

My underparts are not painted. This is not an oversight or problem but the way Ford built the truck. Not good but not really harmful either.

I lost turbo pressure completely on my 3.5L Platinum and couldn't get up over 1500 RPM or 60 KM/H after 600kms.

Took it to the dealer and there was a hose blown off due to a not-so-tight clamp on the turbo discharge side.
