Default Power outlets don't work

Had the need to use my 110 outlet.. Went to plug my little charger for camera battery in it didn't work. Plugged it in to the back one didn't work. Have no indicator light nothing.
So I got home took my fluke voltage tester and there is only 90.2 volts no wonder it didn't work..
I am thinking converter issue... It goes in Tuesday for first oil tire rotation. Will have it check then.

Just tried both of mine for the first time with my iPhone charger and it seemed to be working (only a 2 minute test though). Although, they both only worked with the engine running. If the keys were at the "on" position there was no juice. Also the indicator light was yellow - not sure if that is normal either.

I have read a lot about these having issues - one guy I read on here went through 4 inverters and finally traded it in for an Ram EcoDiesel due to his frustrations. Hopefully they can get it working for you.

Mine died about a week after I got mine - it was a pinched wire or something they said.

I'm supposed to go in friday to get the inverter/outlets checked out, had it in last week but for oil change and tire rotation, tried for inverter, but the mechanic for that wasn't available. Inverter seems to work most of the time just not all the time though. The time I noticed it wasn't working was when the power at my house went out. Of course I wanted to go and plug in my phone outlet charger to charge faster than USB, but it wasn't working. I noticed the same thing other days as well, the yellow light isn't always on.

Weird thing was having the yellow light on the outlet indicating it was working, but my phone charger wasn't charging my phone. Then my next trip thought I'd try it again, same yellow light on, but for some reason it was charging my phone this time around.

I never use mine...was thinking about removing the inverter to save some weight and gain some storage space.
