Post Sync3 Upgrade Audio Problems
I upgraded to sync 3 yesterday using a kit from China....everything works except Audio settings (levels, balance and fader) will not hold....if i try to set any of these the settings pop back to full for the levels, and everything at the front right of the truck for balance/fader in less than a second.
Also, and I'm not sure if this is a result of the speakers being pointed to the front right or if it is a separate issue...navigation both on the Ford Nav on Android Auto, doesn't have audio...the music will cut down when the voice directions are supposed to kick in, but no voice.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

If anyone out there runs into something like this and wants a better answer than 'Don't buy Chinese' here is how I fixed it.
The forscan setting that came programmed with the unit was set for a rotary volume control. I assumed that this was a preference. It is not. You need to change that setting so that you have what your car originally had...mine was a horizontal bar.
I didn't engage their support because they dial in to your system, and I only have a work laptop...no way I'm letting them take control of my work system.
