I must have gotten lucky. I ended up walking out with a great deal from their, but I made them work to get my business. It never has the feeling of small town dealership, they are volume driven, but I got lucky with the guy I got and spent a few months going back and forth before I finally pulled the trigger. Now don't get me started on their service dept, takes all day for them to get around to doing an oil change and any actual work basically has to be by appointment only and always takes longer then quoted.

If youre open to flying to Houston, I would recommend you look into AutoNation Ford Katy and Friendly Ford of Crosby as well. We purchased from Friendly in July and had a very smooth process. Good pricing and easy negotiating.

+1 for Friendly Ford. Very "good ol boy" feel to the dealership. Had a great experience there.
