I've got airbags on my F350, but in reality they don't increase the load capacity, they are just there to level the truck back out when it's got a load in it.
Your TIRES are what you need to look at for max load as this is something you do NOT want to overload.
You can check the ford chart too, according to it, the wife's F150 can hold 2,910 lbs.

Look at it (drivers door jamb)-and there is nothing you can do to change it.
