i looked at the wiring diagrams, it doesn’t leave a lot of choices. The lock out wire comes off the electronic board in the master switch. When you push the button for the lock out, it just tells the electronics to lock it out and the electronics do the dirty work. If you search eBay or even google the part is readily available, it’s an easy swap. Not sure what options you have, I have my original switch here, I upgraded to power mirrors so had to replace the master switch. To pull the master switch out, pry up on the end towards the front of the truck, it just snaps in place.

I don't know if it will work on the f150 but sometimes my switch on the drivers side of my Avalon that controls the passenger window doesn't work but the passenger side does. If you pull up on the switch that does work for like 5 seconds it somehow resets the switches and the drivers side switch will work again. Worth a try

I pulled the master door switch and found this really odd. The part number that is printed on the side is FL3T-14540-DEW. I can't find that part number anywhere. I called my local dealership and they told me the part number that's supposed to be there which is FL3T-14529-DA (SW7440). It's just strange to me that I can't find that part number anywhere that is printed on it.

Nothing odd about it, many things are that way. I believe the number on the part is the engineering number.
