Is it just me or in the site buggy?

click on something and it just spins

 

Much has to do with your computer's operating system, it's not too friendly with anything less than Windows 10 on your laptop & desktop or smartphones/ Ipads with less than V10 software. And yes that site has been FUBAR since I joined.

 

It was doing this yesterday too.

 

Same. I haven’t been able to log in in the last 24 hrs to check for sync updates.

 

Multi-billion $ company and this site is the best they can do for owners? They should be embarrased...seriously.

 

Works fine with google chrome

 

Got it to let me log in, but I can’t access support.

 

Windows 10 and fresh install of Chrome with no add-ons and owner.ford.com wouldn't allow me to even sign-in.

Try going to ford.com (not owner.ford.com), signing-in and using the links at the bottom of the home page to navigate to where you need to go. Worked for me on a couple of occasions.

 

Chrome for me right now.

 

Worst website in existance, IMHO. Can never get it to work right using FF, Chrome or even Edge. Been trying to upload my Sync update file for MONTHS. Hope their automotive software is better than their website software.
