LOL, I called since I'm trying to book service with some points and they just kept telling me there aren't any known issues with the site lol. Must be something on my end...lol

I got an email saying I could update my Sync and the site is buggy as hell. Can't get it to hardly do anything. Then I kept getting this "you need to authenticate to access this feature".

I just tried also with Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers on Windsows 10 desktop and will not allow me to log in with either browsers.

I just tried with FireFox and Windows 10 Pro, and I could log in, but when clicking on Sync updates, it opened the Sync page saying 'You need to be authenticated'. Same thing that happened twice, before I was successful getting my update files a 3rd time a few days ago. Should be embarrassing for Ford to have a website that bad indeed.

Never works right for me with Chrome. Works perfectly with Edge, so I use Edge for it and nothing else.

i just tried logging on with my Samsung tablet and it works great. It appears to even be faster than Chrome.
