I'd say if you have that much info, you obviously read a thread that explained how to do it. I'd go back to said thread and get your answer instead of posting a brand new thread asking for individual help on an answer that is in the thread you found out that you needed that adapter to enable a sub.

plug obd link into truck
turn on bluetooth on computer
set computer to search for bluetooth devices
press button on obd link to make itself visible (if available)
pair devices
open forscan
activate ext license
connect to obd link on forscan if not already connected automatically
load modules (forscan will automatically do it)
click on the ACM As Built module (i think) and press the play button
(i believe that's where this option is, if not just look around)
click save all. name the save file to ACM Original
Click Stop
Go back to Modules list
Click on the ACM module, the one that DOES NOT say "As Built"
Click Play
It will show you the known settings for that module in plain english
You can then change your sub settings with a simple enable/disable
Click Write
Click Stop
Connect your harness into the connector behind the pillar trim

I haven't done this but this is how I understand the process.

If you need additional changes you'll have to go into the main ACM As Built module instead and manually change the values to each address. Also make a back up of every module so you can revert back to it later if you want. I haven't modified my ACM but just from browsing around I believe I saw the option in there if not you'll have to edit the values manually.

You mean does the engine need to be on? The engine does not have to be on. I've only tried it with the key set to On, not sure if it will work without a key in the ignition, i've never tried it.

Not running.

When you write to the computer it will power cycle. And you have to turn the key Off and back On.
