I would check on Cruthfied`s site. They will tell you which stereos fit & what equipment you need to make them work. I have no idea why your system says audio off.

There's no audio and you can't see the radio station pages neither.
I did all the resetting that I could find without any luck.

If you have Forscan, try to do a module reset for both the APIM, ACM, and BCM and follow the link above and do some diagnostics. If you buy the aftermarket radio, you won't get any more features than what you already have (unless you are doing a full audio upgrade) and you will have to buy the $400 package to make everything fit and work correctly.

You could also try to update the APIM software and see if that helps (either official Ford pathway through owner.ford.com) or: https://www.f150forum.com/f118/upgra...ctions-458828/

Follow the flow chart and you should be good.

Just out of curiosity, if you click on the Audio Off button or the Audio button at the bottom left, what happens?

I would contact your dealer and Ford about this---Being only 1 month out I bet they would do a 1 time fix for you---Most companies will do a one time deal!

Weee doggies, that's a lot of money for a radio that don't have an 8-track.
