Just a performance mod. The factory ones neck down pretty good, which obviously reduces flow.

How is your Bov whooshing/blowing when revving in neutral? Mine won't do that unless I'm driving hard and let off the gas.

it's a turbosmart bov, and that's just what it does. I have done no adjustments to it. it will dump when you let off and it has any pressure at all. I do see up to 5 psi boost at times when revving in park or neutral

Cheap autozone sparkplug defoulers, dorman brand. stacked 2 of them and drilled center out of the one that the o2 sensor is screwed into for clearance (9/16 hole) think they were these

does it clear the drivers side? it looks like the passsenger side has lots of space but not the drivers side.

Default CEL from Cats ongoing issue 2015 f150 3.5

Hello everyone, I’m in need of some advice regarding a irritating CEL I have been chasing for some time now.
It started with an o2 sensor code from bank 2 back in late 2020 so I replaced both. About a week later another o2 sensor code from bank 1 came up so I then changed those. (All motor craft) This brings me to Jan 2021 when the CEL started showing the Cat codes. I took it to the shop and had aftermarket cats put on and it seemed to clear things up. November 2021 the Cat code came back so I returned to the shop to have this checked under warranty. It was fixed and the issue was cleared until sometime last week. Returned to the shop and was told both aftermarket Cats are showing a code and need to be replaced. Outside warranty and was told that they have upgraded Cats for the 3.5 at $600 each.

Before I go that route I wanted to ask if o2 sensors and Cats are a common issue with F150’s? What is the best way for me to correct this issue? Is an aftermarket down pipe like ones discussed in this thread going to fix or add to my issue?

Modifications include S&B CAI, Cat back MBRP 3” exhaust, Bully Dog tuner set to performance. I only list these because I thought it might be relevant.

Any advice will be MUCH appreciated!
