Default Need Quick advice- Basic Amp/Stereo Question

I am installing a 1000W 5 channel amp and a 10" sub in my 2015 3.5L EB Lariat SuperCrew with the Sony upgraded system. I bought the truck with 8000 miles and the sub was missing. I planned on upgrading anyway.

The wires and clip coming out of the sony amp that would normally plug into the sony sub is there in tact. Just hanging lose. (see pic below for this plug)

My question is what is the correct way to install this new amp and sub? Where do I tap into with the amp? Can I use the plug coming out of the sony amp somehow that would normally go into the sony sub?
I have a shop installing it for me but I want to have an idea on how this should be done so they don't go tearing apart my new truck....

much appreciation!!

I haven't disconnected the fake engine sound yet so I am wondering if they should tap into the front speakers......

I believe that fake engine sound comes into the rear door speakers...
