Default Need help with leveling kit

I have put a 2 inch level from Hell bent steel on my 2016 4x4, before doing the other side i noticed that the coil is just barely touching the knuckle, this occurs while the truck is on jacks. Do I need a longer upper control arm. Doesn't seem like many people have been buying UCAs for a 2 inch level. And yes I measured the spacer and it is 1.25 inches, which should give about a 2 inch level. Any help would be appreciated.

And on a side not my lug nuts don't seem to be the same size from the left front wheel to the right front wheel. Is there a reason for this?

When you installed the spacer, you did use a spring compressor and rotate the strut cap 180 degrees?

I installed fox 2.0 on my 2WD with the same problem. After I installed BDS UCA it still has the same issue. From BDS instruction, if your spindle hit the spring at full drop with stock UCA, the aftermarket UCA will not solve this problem.
From my understanding, if you want to solve this problem you need to use coil-over with higher preload or a spacer that moves your strut a little bit inside.

Only reason it is doing that is because the suspension is hanging. Put a jack stand under the lower control arm and let pressure off the jack and it won’t be touching. All these newer trucks with a 2” or more leveling kit will be close or touching when the suspension hangs. It’s normal. Don’t worry about it. it’s not going to hurt anything unless your using the truck for a Baja, then you need to go a different route, lol. You should never experience the suspension in full droop unless it’s with Lifted with a jack.

+1 on the above.

You're at full droop in that picture. To do that driving, you'd pretty much need to get the front end off the ground and let the suspension hang. If you're doing that.....the UCA barely touching the spring will not be the problem you'll be focused on.

Although I did figure this out after I put the truck on the ground, I am still giving you a thanks. My wife is right, sometimes I am just not too bright. Someone please erase this thread the OP is an idiot!
