Default Need help on "another" level and tire thread

Need some advice on level kit and tire size. I did a rough measure job and looks like around a 3 inch rake from factory. My rights are 2.5 level, but which one that will get actual 2.5 lift? Also, thoughts are 295/60/20 toyo open country at2. Debating on 65's. Any help will be appreciated.

I had the same 3" rake on mine. I went with Autosprings 2.5/3 kit and am happy with the results. I gained a true 2-1/2" in the front, not sure if it will settle over time as it has only been about 2000 miles now. I also swapped the rear block for the 3" and not have 1-1/4" rake.

I also went with the Toyo AT's in 295/60/20. I debated on the 65's but did not want to risk rubbing in anything.

Edit - I wanted to keep some rake as I do pull a trailer a lot and did not want the sag.

Thanks. So it would have been a 1/2 rake without the block you added? Do you think you could fit 65's same tire?

I am sure the 65's would fit, just not sure about the rub. I read a lot about the two tire sizes. It took me about 3 weeks debating between the 60 and 65's. The difference in sizes, of the Toyos, is 33.94" (60) and 35.1" (65) which is 1.16" larger. This will be about 5/8" all around. If you want I can get some measurements for you tomorrow, this may or may not help you.

No need. I think the 60's the best choice. I agree with you. I don't want any rubbing. Did you say you lifted the rear also?

How's the ride compared to stock with your setup?

I had the same rake, and installed the 2.5 rough country leveling kit with spacers only. It came out completely level. I have toyo open country all terrain at II. 275/65/20. Although a tire calculator would put them at 34's they are more like 33.4 after being mounted and the trucks weight sitting on them.

I just put on Fuel Krank 20x9 +20 offset wheels with Nitto Ridge Grappler 295/60/20. No rubbing. Rough Country Level with 1 inch rear block.

Yes I swapped out the rear block for a 3" block to raise it a little for trailering.

It definitely rides different. I am not sure if it is the level or the tires having stiffer sidewalls or a combination of both. Sorry, I know this doesn't help but I do not know which it is.
