Default Navigation is wrong

I was going to a destination where I knew where I was going but for fun, I pulled over and put in my destination. The navigation took me to the opposite end of town but had the right numerical address but wrong end of the road it was on. Is there a way to report the error?

The Ford navigation could not find its own A** if it used both hands. Connecting my iPhone to the truck and using one of those navigation apps will work much better than Fords

Yes. "Here" provides the map database and updates for Ford nav. https://www.here.com/contact

Just wait until the Russians detonate that nuke in space to kill the satellites That they`ve been threatening. We will be back to paper maps.

While designing my new truck in 2020 I added the near $900 navigation system to the build sheet. Then 3 years later a $40 new software upgrade.

Biggest waste of money!

Always getting the wrong directions, can’t find older major roads. Sends me back on different routes than the ones it sent me on.

All my extended family just use the phones.
My mistakes and won’t make it again.
