My truck had gatorback flaps front and rear when I bought it. They are very nice and I would recommend them. I'm not big on flaps so I took them off though.
Gatorback has other logos available other than the Ford oval. They will even supply dealers with their own custom logos or for fleet/commercial customers.
Note that the F-150 logo only comes in shiny stainless for now. That'll change I'm sure.
Gatorbacks are my choice also. Went with the "Gunmetal" colored Ford Oval. I took the pieces that will be seen and had them powder coated black, then went to the body shop I used to work at and purchased four odd pieces of that plastic film, I believe its called Rockguard to also put over those powder coated pieces. Now I just have to find a good coating for the mounting bolts. Any suggestions? Am going to try and get them mounted this weekend. Will post pics then.
I've installed Bushwacker Extend-A-Fender flares on my 2016 XLT SCab. Anyone have any idea if any of these mud flaps, OEM or otherwise, will work with the flares? My truck spends most of its time on dirt roads and I don't want the gravel chewing away at the paint.

Sounds like you need another set of mud flaps in front of your current mud flaps, to protect your mud flaps from mud while the first set of mud flaps is protecting the truck from mud.
On a more serious note, I think the bolts are already zinc coated, so they shouldn't rust. However, if you want to coat them for aesthetics, spray paint will probably just flake off when you reinstall them. PC may work, but might be thick enough that the socket won't fit over them.
How do these play with husky wheel wells if anyone knows ?
I don't know which splash guard you're talking about but I have both the Husky wheel well liners and Weathertech splash guards. I did both installs myself and as best as I can remember (it's been almost 3 months...) I had no problem with either. I know my truck looks MUCH better with the wheel well liners than other F150s I see around - why they aren't standard equipment is beyond me...
Don't know about the Husky's but the OEM liners had to be trimmed down just a bit with a multi tool to accommodate.
I didn't have to trim my OEM liners on my 2015 supercab FX4. All I had to do was cut a small hole in my rear liners to extract a factory bolt and replace it with the one from the kit for the top most rear bracket mounting point.
