They do look nice. It was the only used XLT Sport I found that had that option included. That and the cross-traffic warning are great features.

For me, I have to like the way it looks, otherwise I would never enjoy driving it regardless of features, cost, performance or anything else.

When it came to checking all the boxes the F150 was the only one that came close to checking all the boxes. What was it that steered you to the purchase you made?

.
For me, first and foremost was the exterior look. It's gotta have that wow to yourself so when you're sitting in it, you've got that joyous feeling. After that it's;
Safety Features
Internal looks (can't have shifter on the steering wheel)
Ooomp when needed
Tech goodness (homerun with the tech)
Comfortable
Quality sound system
Although simple, two of my favorite features are the auto high beams and rain sensing wipers...

*Starting with the 2015 (when my truck interest first peaked) new gen, Ford in my opinion has been out n front, hitting all the right buttons, making the F-150, the truck to own. My 18 Lariat hit all the buttons...............

Well, first I knew it had to be an F-150. After that:
Supercrew
4WD
Leather seats
Compatibility with phone (Bluetooth and Android Auto are nice, my 2004 F-150 didn't have any of this stuff)
No sun/moon roof
And I knew I wanted the 3.5L Ecoboost

Everything else was just icing.

For this truck:

Supercrew
5.0
3.55 with e-locker
RWD
STX Package (no carpet, no moonroof, bare minimum electronics)
Color , passed on 2 loaded the same, one was Magnetic, the other Black

This truck is exactly how I was about to order a 2018

I think it's all subject....example I need 4x4 for winter but someone in Florida could definetly live with out it. As long as you're happy with the way it looks, the price you got it for and it does what you need. Different trucks need different specs/options for different applications. Being said I have the basics....keeppad, keyless entry, back up cam, 4wd and I wanted of all thing running boards to make entry easier lol and 373's to help with the small engine.
