I have a 2015 King Ranch the mirrors will at random move all the way up or down, This happens only when you enter the truck the next morning, It will go back to the original setting. This is usually the driver side but on occasion the passenger will do it. I have turned off the auto easy entry, but that did not work. They will not do it all the time. Just looking for a fix.

 

My '18 Lariat has done the same thing 2 or 3 times on the drivers side since new in late September. I'll open the drivers door and then I'll hear a thumping sound. The mirror has reached the down limit and after a few thumps, it will move back to the original position.

 

My 15 does this as well. pulled the battery cable, drained the memory. Fixed it for about 3 months. Problem came back.

 

See post #5 on this thread. My 2016 Lariat did the same thing from time to time and the problem stopped when I saved my seat / mirror settings to ALL 3 of the presets. Only takes a minute to do, so this is worth a try.

Thanks TEX150 but all my preset are set. Are you saying that on all three presets the mirrors has to be different.
