I use a pair of snap on tow mirrors when pulling an enclosed trailer. They stay on and do the job and my truck doesn't have full time elephant ears.

X2, work fine. The only quirky thing is the passenger mirror is not 'convex' like the true mirror, it takes a double look sometimes with the depth perception, but you really are just looking for the extra bit of sight in your blind spot and they work great. I have chrome mirrors, I was a bit nervous so I lined the inside of my snap ons with blue painters tape. I don't know if necessary, but I have zero issue from them.

Same here. It does take some getting used to. Although I do prefer the non convex when backing.

I looked through the threads on replacing my non-tow mirrors with tow mirrors. $750 to get good ones. Then I thought why do I want to spend $750 for ugly, huge mirrors that I'll only need for 5% of the time I drive my truck? I ended up buying the $55 Snap and Zap mirrors and couldn't be happier. The don't vibrate, stay put, I can see what I need to and they come off in seconds.

X5 on the Snap-n-Zap or their equivalents. I need tow mirrors about 1% of the time I use my truck, otherwise the stock are just fine. Can't imagine having those huge 'Dumbo-ears" hanging out all the time...

I have a pair I’d give away. Don’t need or use anymore. Mine were used on my old 2009 f150. Not sure what else they fit
