Default Locking Trailer Hitch Pin

Someone decided they needed my hitch worse than I did. Looking for recommendations for a locking pin to secure the hitch to the Max Tow Pkg. Class IV 2" receiver on my 2015 F150.

What are you using? Please provide link to website if possible. Price is not an issue. Don't want a POS that rusts or locking mechanism gets filled with foreign debris and won't work in 2 months - preferably stainless steel with a cover over the lock entry to keep out dirt & moisture. Not looking for a pin with cable.

All suggestions are appreciated.

Any auto parts store or Wal-Mart has decent locking pins. Got mine at advance, stainless.

Match your truck key to this lock. Haven't tried it, but I'm about to.

only thing you have to watch for is how much space that locking mechanism takes up right there where the chains attach.

I'm considering this lock also. Can you please give us some feedback after you try it out.

Thank you

I like the fact that it uses the OEM key without having to add another key to the key ring.

Amazon has them with Prime shipping.

Yup. I just ordered that and the coupler pin lock. I'll report back when I get em. I lost the keys to my cheap pin lock the other day and had to hack saw it off. lol

This is awesome. I wasn't aware that this was out there. It would be nice if they also had a trailer coupling lock as well that used the truck key. I see that they have padlocks that do.

This is the one I have it's aluminum and has locks built in . It's about four years old and have not had any problems with it.
