Autospring is a good one at 2.5", it's around $80 from Stage 3. Buddy just put one on his and had no issues. Or you can go full coils and do Fox or Boss/HaloLifts coilovers. Really depends on your budget.

I just installed this on my truck.. appears to be very high quality and the machining on it is very nice. I went with the 2" and I think it is levelmaybe a tad higher in the front but it could be the lighter ecoboost engine that is in my truck.

Honestly a spacer is a spacer no difference really other than the quality of bolts used. I have used auto spring in the past and have had great luck with them too.

It'll really come down to how much you are looking to spend and how the truck is going to be used.

If $$ is of no concern, Coilovers hands down.

Like mentioned above, spacers are spacers.

You can spend $50 or $1500!

You're gonna be limited to spacers or potentially Rancho Quicklifts if you can find a deal on them. Coilovers have a lot of street benefits as well as offroad. But they're around $800-$900 for Fox or Boss.

Spacers will run around $75-$150 for just the spacer, Rancho Quicklift (coilovers) are around $300 for just them. If you order Fox or Boss (coilovers) you're at around $800-$900 for just them. Performance and ride improvements get better the more you pay. All will lift from 2"-3" depending on different factors.

I say yes. They absorb a lot more bumps on the road, ride smoother than stock, and eliminate some body roll in my experience. Truck feels a lot more planted, at least on my '07. Haven't gotten into the front suspension on my '16 yet.
