Are you trying to lift the front to level the truck, or to get some extra lift?

It's been mentioned elsewhere, but if you just want to level the truck, you can remove the rear lift blocks (1 1/4" IIRC) and that'll likely level the truck fairly well.

Look at Rancho Quicklifts. They're around $300 and are nice. I ran those on my '07 for a while.

Only 2.5". The 3.5 ecoboost engine is actually 5 pounds heavier than the 5.0, so that's not gonna make a difference. A 2" will leave a little rake, 2.5" typically has you dead level.

Go with Bilstein ride height adjustable (releases next month for 2016s), AutoAnything will price match for $100/ea so for $200 you can level the front 2" and you don't have a spacer. Ride quality is much better.
