He hasn't specified yet. Waiting to hear back from him. He mostly does high performance diesel work so maybe he just doesn't know much about rough country.

I can understand him telling you to stay away from RC lifts, but levels are all pretty much the same unless you buy coilovers.

If you want your 4x4 leveled, install the AS 1.5" front kit, then remove your stock 1.25" rear blocks. Your truck will sit within 1/16" from front to rear & your front CV axles & ball joints will thank you.

2" level with wheels and tires, as requested:



Wheels are 18x9 +12 Black Rhino Sierras and tires are 275/65/18 Nitto TerraGrappler G2s.

Yeah i would think he's advising against a RC lift, but the level is just a chunk of aluminum. I have the 2.25" ready lift on mine.

Maybe it's because they're over priced? I picked up my motofab kit on ebay. They're coated aluminum kits aswell.
