Who uses what sealant/protectant spray? I'm looking for simple yet effective. I've tried speed wax and it's great until you want it. I need something that'll last and not sure which to buy...

This stuff is not cheap, but i have been very well pleased with the results. Spray on and wipe off with a microfiber towel. It last for weeks. Just my 2 cents.

IGL Ecocoat Premier

The easiest coating you’ll ever apply!

IGL Ecocoat Premier is a unique, water-based silica coating that is easier to apply than any other coating you’ll come across. IGL Ecocoat Premier will provide the same level of hydrophobicity as a standard silica coating in less than half the time. While other coatings contain potentially dangerous chemicals, IGL Ecocoat Premier is developed using zero VOCs and a water base, meaning you won’t have to worry about causing harm to you, your car, or the environment while using IGL Ecocoat Premier. The glossy, crystal-like finish of IGL Ecocoat Premier is sure to generate some envy in the minds of on-lookers!

Most spray sealants are going to need repeat applications every so often to make them perform well over a longer period of time. The most popular at the moment are probably Turtle Wax Seal n Shine, Meguiars Hybrid Ceramic Wax, and P&S Beadmaker. I've been using Beadmaker as a drying aid after washing and it has been working out great. The only additional work is misting it onto the panels of the truck out of a spray bottle before drying it with a towel, so this type of application is nearly effortless. Since I'm applying after each wash (every week), performance never really decreases and I'm not using much product. Your title mentions Ceramic which I don't know a whole lot about, but I do know that it's supposed to last much longer. If you're after longevity, I doubt anything out of a spray bottle will give you the results you want so a true ceramic coating may be what you need.

As mentioned if you want something that is actually going to last then you need a ceramic coating. It is anything but simple to apply as you really need to clay bar and at minimum do a single stage correction on your paint before application. If you don't care about sealing in paint imperfections then you can skip that step and just clay bar before application.

Ceramic coatings still have to be cared for like any clear coat to get the best performance, but the hydrophobic properties and ease of cleaning off bugs and grime make it well worth it.

Maybe the best solution for you is something like this:

https://www.autogeek.net/carpro-hydro-foam.html

Much easier to apply. Being silica based, like ceramic coatings, you will get the best protection and hydrophobic properties, but its just not going to last as long as something like CQuartz. Much much much easier to apply though.

My 2018 Wrangler has Ceramic Pro Gold on it and my 2018 F150 has IGL Kenzo on it. Both are great but so far i'm more happy with how IGL does with keeping my truck clean and it beads and repels water better than Ceramic Pro.

For the best possible review and breakdown of lots of ceramic products (both spray and applicator) check out this guys youtube videos. Not sponsored by anyone. So far this test is 1yr 8 months into the test and the test will show you who's product is still workng and who's not. He'll continue this test until there is 1 last product standing.

This could also make yet another great example of how influential marketing is. F11 top coat does so terribly pretty much every time anybody non bias tests it lol

The Turtle Wax ICE sprays continue to kick ***

Wow, that ceramic job is excellent, both those trucks look amazing. I just purchased a black 19 and have been contemplating for about a week now on whether or not to do it. It's pretty pricey but your truck is making my decision very hard
