Default LED headlights

I have seen lots of posts about led bulbs for late model XLTs .But I see lots of people saying the aftermarket bulbs don't fit. I don't want to spend a bunch of money, so I am looking at kits in the $50 - $75 range. I also want to know if they will work with the drl option, as I use that all the time. Any insight on this?

Aftermarket bulbs fit great, its the OEM cups that dont fit. Order these with your bulbs and youll be fine. Youll want the 85mm ones.

Cheap LED bulbs in housings not designed for LEDs = high light dispersion and irritated drivers in cars ahead of you, both coming and going.

Don't be that guy.

Two words: "Diode Dynamics" Maybe not in your price range but worth it.

Diode Dynamics is the company to call. They are street legal and will not spray light everywhere. They are also designed, tested, and made in the USA. They also have a 3 year warranty and are "plug and play". I have them on my 2018 xlt and super happy with them. Seriously, if you get in someone else's vehicle you think the battery or altenator is bad because the lighting is so dim.

Diode makes a great product, however that is reflected in the price. Not to mention somewhat local to me so I always get things pretty quick

I'm running DD SL1's, both Hi/Lo. Have tried some others, cheaper, and some close to the same price. DD's out do them.

I have auxbeam leds in my 2018 xlt. They’ve been great. $39 off amazon and the factory cup still fits.
