Default KO2 Cupping

Question for you guys. I have a 2018 F150 Lariat with Bilstein 5100 2" lift running Raptor take offs. I have about 40k miles on my KO2 and they are cupping badly especially on the inside of the wheel. But some on the outside. Truck has had alignment 3 times just had it checked again.. Rotate every 10k miles and it seems to be getting worse. Ive checked all of the suspension bolts etc. The truck rides and handles great! No issues at all. I run 38 PSI in the tires. All 4 tires show cupping but could be due to rotating them. Any suggestions on other things to check. Is the 5100 enough to keep that tire on the ground or should I go to the 6112 from Bilstein. I need new tires now they are loud and annoying but the rest of tire could have gone another 20k miles. Any suggestions?

When I had my 2017 Raptor I had the stock KO2s swapped over to some aftermarket wheels at 4K miles. The guy at the tire shop asked how many miles were on the tires. I said 4K, he said they were cupping. I was running them @ 38 psi like it said on the door jam sticker.

40k miles on those tires is pretty good in my experience. I too saw cupping as they near the end of their useful lives. Sounds like it's just time to replace them. Also, use the chalk test to set your tire pressures if you're not already.

I wonder if its just nature of the beast with that brand of tire. If it was doing that on a new Raptor too? Got to be a reason heck if I know why though

To much air in them. On my Raptor I run 34 in the rear and 36 in the front this give it the best ride.

You have something going on I think, I've got over 25k on mine and they are wearing perfectly. 40 psi front and rear, rotated every 5k.

Rear tires straight forward and front tires cross rotate to rear.

That's weird. I have about 35k miles on my 35" KO2's and they are wearing perfectly and look almost new still. I rotate them every oil change at 5k miles, and keep the PSI between 35-38.
