I'm not familiar whether one could do better for your area because I don't think we've seen a finished deal in AR to compare you with. I wasn't able to get a deal anywhere close to that here in NY, NJ & PA - at least not back in May/June.
Great job and thanks for giving the nice breakdown of your numbers. Enjoy your truck!

Negative...put the VIN into www.cotus.ford.com
I had stopped checking this site because they don't always show the Dealer info for some reason. There are times it's just blank in that spot.
A perfect example - I just tried the truck slamm is looking at (Post #4239) and when you look up the VIN the Dealer is blank. Seems like a hit or miss on it. It is probably worth it to check this site too though. I know that Google caches old listings for a while.
When I checked for the Al Packer listing on Ford.com it doesn't show it in 'Inventory Search' nor does it show for Preston Ford either. When Dealers trade, the truck is vaporized.

When I was looking for my truck, I didn't want to even consider the 2.7L. I guess fuel economy made me finally look into it in threads on this Forum. I read about how spunky and reliable it was as Ford has tweaked the bugs from it over the years. It's also installed in other Ford vehicles so it has a proven trust. It changed my view to search only 2.7L's from then on. I'm glad I did because this motor has ***** to get this big truck out of it's own way. It makes the truck around 400 lbs lighter I was heard some say. Believe me, when I stomp on the pedal there's negligible lag.
I don't want to digress as this doesn't belong here but it may help others because of it's additional $300 EcoBoost Incentive.

Yeah, I don't know what the Dealer markup is for each item to show what additional percentage value you received. Roughly, I would say you cleared a 11.5% deal.

Second, do my numbers look correct? Yes, until you get to the rebates. You only qualify for these:
$ 250 Retail Bonus Customer Cash (Program# 13082)
$1,250 Retail Customer Cash (Program# 13078)
$1,250 Ford Credit Retail Bonus Customer Cash (Program# 13080)
$2,750 Total Rebate Incentives
You cannot combine the $1,000 trade-in assistance offer with the incentives above. It's one or the other and you'd need excellent credit to get that 0% Offer.
Suggestion: Recalculate your Dealer discount at 11.5% to get your Target Selling Price BEFORE Incentives, Doc Fee & TTL. That's just to try to factor out that $595 Doc fee so that'll bring you in only about 10.7%. Work the hardest you can toward it and that's all I can tell you. Find trucks at other Dealers with a comparable price. Forget the colors, because the ones you don't really like, you can use their quotes (if better) as leverage to price match this truck or another one you want. Build a portfolio of quotes.
Keep in mind that your trade-in is going to change your end game.

To give a humorous analogy, it sort of reminds me of this cartoon:

Two questions:
1. Are the rebates/incentives based on where I take delivery (my address) or where the dealer is located?
2. Does anyone know a target dealer discount on a F-250 XLT would be? Been looking through the forums without much luck.
Thanks

Ok I'll take a stab, Austin, Texas 78746, Looking at Heavily loaded XLT screw FX4
52,635 MSRP
1,295 Destination
=51340
- 6314 Dealer Discount (by my calculation is 12%)
=46,321 before rebates
- 4,500 he claims I qualify for $4,500 in rebates including $1,250 FMC rebate
=$41,821
-750 private cash offer from Ford received last night. He doesn't know about this yet.
= $41,071 before TT&L and doc
+2,567 sales taxes
+ 85 dealer inventory tax
+ 104 license plate
+ 82 Title and registration
+ 150 doc fee
$44,059 Out the door price
This was their first stab but it looks pretty tight. Is there anything left on the bone here?
Might ask to throw in a bed extender. Thoughts. Are my numbers good?

2. Does anyone know a target dealer discount on a F-250 XLT would be? Been looking through the forums without much luck. Should be the same principal as the F150. Read all posts starting from page 300 to learn how to calculate a Target Selling Price. Lot's of good info/examples in these pages.
