Thanks. It looks like this is clearly #5 on your attached list in the 'covered under warranty' portion--- delamination.

I hear ya. I will inquire with the dealer at my first oil change; that will be a while (a month or two?) however. I'll return to this thread at that time and post how it went. My expectation is that they will replace the windshield but we'll see what happens.

Happened to my 2016. Ford replaced the windshield. Now the replacement windshield is doing the same thing. We have a date with the dealer...

My question is why. Had the truck for 6 months before it started. Had the replacement windshield for about a week...

Just wondering, I have a 'Sound Shield" windshield (I believe its called). Is there any specific windshield affected? Or just random. my understanding is the Sound Shield has a slightly thicker laminate between the layers of glass. I am wondering if that contributes to delamination or even getting damaged from rocks easier? Seems like a good hard look some days will give me a rock chip.

So, the result from my post in May (post #18) is that the dealer replaced this without any fuss.
