iPhone contact pictures showing up on MFT
I have a 15 KR, I am trying to get my phone contact pictures to show up on my screen when I pick a contact on the MFT screen. I set the function to show contact pictures, but doesn't seen to be working. Has anybody else had this problem, or know how to make them show up Thanks in advance

jess1 is correct. All phones do not support the contact ID feature. You can find a list on compatible phones & features here: https://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-...en=&country=us

iPhones seem to by the pickiest to work with both Sync 2 and 3. Contact pics from my Lumia showed up right after my phonebook sync... Didn't have to do anything. Maybe there's a setting on your phone to enable that? I dunno, never had an iphone...

Why doesn't F-150 show up as a model to choose when you start with '2016'?
And when I do pick a different vehicle with SYNC 3 and I check for iPhone 6S Plus on Verizon, it doesn't show as supported (only the AT&T version does). Is that right? My 6S Plus on Verizon wouldn't get any of those features?

Hi KLX,
I'm not sure why the F-150 doesn't show up when you choose 2016. I'll run that by my support team.
There are some features available on AT&T phones that are not available for Verizon phones because they use two different technologies. This is not limited to SYNC features. Verizon uses CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) and AT&T uses GSM (Global System for Mobiles). These are the terms used for the two major radio systems used in cell phones.
Apple has an article that explains some difference here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201673
