Just ordered from Keith White Ford. Had this on my 2013 Raptor and loved it. Glad they've continued this service!

I forgot to pay the yearly fee before it expired. I paid it yesterday. I'm pretty sure I used the remote start after paying the fee. Today it won't start. Tried several times, but keep getting an error message. Not sure if there is a problem, or if the error is related to me allowing the trial period to expire. I've Uninstaller and installed the app. Nothing is working. It's not working from the web browser either.

***EDIT*** After multiple failed attempts at home, a few stops on the way to work, and couple attempts at work, it seems to be working again.

Here we go again! It finally starting working after I left the yard at work to make deliveries yesterday morning. It started right up after work yesterday. Now, this morning, same damn error message.

I'm fed up with this remote start system, and I'm fed up with Ford in general. Everything to do with this truck has been nothing but nightmare. I've owned the damn thing for a month, and it's been in the shop for a half-dozen warranty issues. Now this. I don't think I'll ever buy another Ford. And that's coming from someone who's owned Ford trucks his entire adult life.

I ordered mine on Friday, you ordered yours on Sunday lets see who gets it first. I got a UPS tracking number on Friday saying it's ready for shipment but it's now Tuesday morning and the status still hasn't changed. You'd think they pick up UPS daily.

I feel your pain and sorry you are having a hard time with your truck. I know the feeling, I came from a lemon of a lemon Chevy Silverado. It was my first truck, it looked pristine on the lot, I loved it for a the first few months until everything started to go wrong. Trying to not vear off topic too much, I bit the bullet, got rid of it and got a newer truck, this one, and so far I love it. I'm not loyal to any brand so if you hate this one so much, I say don't wait, get rid of it and go elsewhere, that's what I did and now I'm happy.

Had I not bought a truck that was older than a 2015 with 5800 (yes, five-thousand-eight-hundred) miles, I would probably be slightly more accepting of some issues. This truck is practically brand new and the issues are totally unacceptable. I purposely bought a Ford alarm/remote start system from a Ford dealer and paid a Ford dealer to install and set it up. Still nothing but issues.

I'm having the same problem today, which is irritating because now it is actually cold outside and the best time to actually use this feature. I'm wondering if there's an issue with the device or the service running the connection. I wouldn't say your truck is at fault if multiple people have the same problem during the same time. Mine has worked flawlessly for months prior to this.

Y'all that are having problems need to keep in mind that this is a cellular service. If there are problems with the connection, or congestion in the cellsite, or have strong interference, it probably wont work. Your phone needs to traverse the network to get to their (spindance or whatever) servers to then go to your truck.

I had the same issue pop up on me and then checked the cellsite i was connected to. It had 95% utilization. As soon as I got to the office, I tried it again and the command took like 5 seconds to get executed. No congestion there.
