Default Increasing Payload
I am looking for things I can unbolt from a 2019 Lariat to increase the payload. I am taking the back seats out and unbolting the running boards. I’ve read the class IV is welded so can’t remove that. I asked the SO if she’s okay with a lawn chair, what am I missing besides my mind.

I want to haul a light weight 5th wheel and I need about 250 pounds.

The standard bumper support is lighter. Spare is an easy target and can be loaded in the trailer. Same for the jack and lug wrench.

Jeep guys take their doors off all the time. Is the hood required under DOT rules?

That's all I got. Other than stating the obvious that you might have bought the wrong truck for what you want to tow.

Strap a 250 lb. weight to the back of the trailer!
Seriously though - take off the tailgate. Probably around 75-100 pounds....sort of guessing there.
