Default I'm told this is normal

Took the truck in for a couple other minor issues and also a clunking noise when stopping and sliding on ice.

Im told this is normal and they tried another truck on the lot but I have a hard time believing this is correct.

Heres a video of the sound when coming to a sliding stop on ice. It can only be heard when the window is down.

If you're sliding on ice, could it not be the ABS system kicking in?

Hard to tell from short video, but it could be the ABS cycling. Been in the business for over 20 years, and have heard some crazy noises and vibrations when ABS/Traction control activate. The fact that you only hear it when sliding means it's likely related. Ask to duplicate yourself in another truck, or ride with them when they do it. Is yours 4WD?

Go to the dealer and drive a couple on the lot--simple and will settle this argument really quick!

Sounds like something loose on the brake caliper or suspension... If you pump your brake fast manually does it make a noise?
