I have recently purchased my 2nd f150, 2015 fx4 eb, and have used forscan to customize my truck to my ideas. The problem I have is I did the upgrade to setup navigation and have an issue. It all went great till I insert the map sd card, it wont read it and I cant figure out why. All was good, I did each step required, in order,, please help and have the small "i" and its asking to insert the nav disk and I do but it just wont read it

 

To possible issues.

1.) You could have an SD card issue. Does your SD card read on your computer? Can you see all the files?
2.) Others have had issues with the SD card reader connection. Remove it and reconnect it.

Some SD cards from some sources may be knock offs and don't always work.

 

Where did you buy the card, are you sure its authentic?

Just copying your files from one SD card to another won't do it. If you want to back up your SD card, follow the instructions in the link I provided.
